About ourselves
We are Christine (1972) and Max (1971) and since October 2024 the proud owners of chambres et table d’hôtes a l’Epoque. After a working life in the Netherlands, our big dream has become reality: to create a place in France where guests can really relax.
For us, a l’Epoque is a place where you are allowed to slow down. We like simplicity with quality: a warm welcome, a quiet room, a good bed and a nice breakfast in the morning. During the day you discover the region at your own pace, and in the evening you can – if you wish – join us for dinner.

About our house
Our chambres d’hôtes is located in a charming 18th-century farmhouse with a former goat barn and has been operating under different owners since 1998. Set in spacious grounds of over 2500 m², the house exudes tranquility, space and history.

Our service in the chambres d'hôtes
Breakfast
Breakfast is served between 8:00 and 9:30 am. In consultation it is possible to have breakfast earlier or later.
Dinner (table d’hôtes)
The 3-course dinner starts around 7 p.m. (depending on the season) and is preceded by an aperitif.
Dining Room
The dining room is located in the former goat barn. Here there is also a guest refrigerator with soft drinks, beer, wine and other refreshments (for a fee).
Arrival and departure
The room is available from 16.00 hours. For arrivals after 7 p.m. we ask you to contact us in advance because of the table d’hôtes. On the day of departure you can use the room until 10.30 am.
Payment
Booking the rooms is done through the website. The amount can be paid in advance by bank transfer, or at check-out by pin, cash or French check. Any extras such as non-reserved meals, drinks, etc. will be settled on the day of departure. Payment for these can be made by cash, pin, or French check.
