Webplace4u acts as a processor within the meaning of Article 28 of the AVG. A processor agreement has been concluded between A L’Epoque and Webplace4u that sets out arrangements for the careful and confidential processing of your personal data.

4.1 When making a reservation or request for accommodation

  • Number of persons and age of any children

4.3 In case of statutory registration requirement

Under French law, we are required to keep a police form (fiche individuelle de police) for foreign guests with information such as name, date of birth, place of birth, nationality, residential address and date of arrival and departure (Article R611-42 Code de l’entrée et du séjour des étrangers et du droit d’asile).

6. With whom do we share your data?

  • Bookkeeper and tax advisor: for keeping our financial records.

We never sell your personal data to third parties or use your data for commercial purposes by third parties.

In principle, your personal data is only processed within the European Economic Area (EEA).
